Another prestigious design and build project comprising the construction of a 6,000ft2 unit, comprising of an office building, fronting a state-of-the-art production facility of 7,000ft2, giving a build total of some 13,000ft2.
The construction of this new facility is steel frame construction on traditional pad foundations supporting Topdeck roof cladding with a combination of composite cladding, built up cladding, windows and curtain walling screens and an external fire escape stair completes the façades.
Externally the tarmac access carriageway leads to an open crushed stone permeable surfaced car park, with block paved and slabbed footways to the building perimeter.
Best practice noise and dust control will be implemented throughout the build, along with very high insulation levels, low air leakage, high efficiency automated LED lighting scheme, Air Source heating and cooling system, and centralised controls all further enhance this build.
