Parkway Construction was appointed to deliver a new-build industrial unit complete with integrated office facilities. The project began with comprehensive site preparation, including cut and fill operations and bulk earthworks, to create a level platform for the installation of concrete pad foundations.

The building structure comprises a robust steel frame, clad using a combination of composite and built-up wall systems. 

A built-up roofing system was also employed for the main roof. Enhancing the building's exterior is a glazed curtain wall system, with additional features including steel fire exit doors and level access loading bays to ensure functionality and compliance.

Internally, Parkway completed the full fit-out of the ground-floor office space, incorporating essential mechanical and electrical systems. Key components of the internal works included:

Precast concrete stair access to the first floor

Ground-floor office fit-out with restroom amenities

Installation of a mezzanine floor for future development potential
