Units 9-13 comprised the design and construction of five state of the art technology buildings, delivering a total of 110,000 sq ft of high quality accommodation for technology, R&D and advanced manufacturing occupiers. The flexible units range in size from 16,555 sq ft to 41,955 sq ft, providing modern, adaptable space to meet a variety of business needs.

Designed with both functionality and occupant wellbeing in mind, each building features full height glazing to maximise natural daylight throughout the office areas, creating bright, stimulating working environments. The buildings have a distinctive architectural identity, incorporating striking wrap around projection details, free standing entrance canopies, and impressive double height entrance foyers complete with galleried staircases.

The development was delivered to an exceptional standard, achieving an 'Outstanding' score under the Considerate Constructors Scheme, recognising the project's commitment to quality, sustainability, community engagement and best practice throughout the construction process.
