The design and build of six high-quality industrial units, each designed with two-storey office and welfare facilities. The scheme comprises a block of four units (1–4) and a separate block of two units (5 & 6). The project also includes supporting infrastructure, new access roads, and landscaped surroundings to create a well-connected and functional site.

The scheme achieved an 'Outstanding' score with the Considerate Constructors.
