The works comprise the construction of three industrial units, comprising of a terrace of 10 starter units a second terrace of four units and a single detached third unit, works to include the
provision for new services and drainage, the formation of external concrete service yards and tarmac paved car parks. Access for HGV's will be formed off Third Avenue.
The site is a further development of an existing industrial park.
Construction will commence with earthworks to level the site, and carry out groundworks. The works will include the construction of new concrete foundations, in situ ground beam sub-structures , steel frame construction, wall cladding, concrete ground floor slabs, curtain walling screens, aluminium windows, horizontal and vertical clad elevations, sectional overhead doors and steel fire exit doors, limited mechanical and electrical installations together with all associated external works and drainage, including perimeter fencing and landscaping.
