This project involved the complete refurbishment of a two storey office block, the construction of a new reception and atrium along with the complete reconfiguration of the preexisting car parking area. Works included the complete strip out of all of the internal finishes, ceilings, carpets, partitioning, electrical installation, air conditioning, ventilation, toilets, external areas and Asbestos.
The new works comprised of the replacement of the full existing fenestration, a new steel framed reception atrium with concrete floors, lift, feature staircase, internal offices and finishes, rendered elevations together with full mechanical, electrical and air conditioning installations.
The mechanical, air conditioning, ventilation and electrical installation was to the most up to date standards and included a bank of new Boilers, LED and LG7 lighting, ventilation, VRF heating and cooling - all of which greatly reduced the running costs for the building. This combined with updated existing toilets, locker rooms and comprehensive external works has further enhanced the update of this building.
The contract was completed in 28 weeks.
