This project comprises of the complete refurbishment of a two storey office block, the construction of a new reception and atrium along with the complete reconfiguration of the existing car parking area. Works included the complete strip out of all of the internal finishes, ceilings, carpets, partitioning, electrical installation, air conditioning, ventilation, toilets, external areas and Asbestos.
The new works comprise of the replacement of the full existing fenestration, a new steel framed reception atrium with concrete floors, lift, feature staircase, internal offices and finishes, rendered elevations together with full mechanical, electrical and air conditioning installations.
The new mechanical, air conditioning, ventilation and electrical installation will be to the most up to date standards and will including a bank of new Boilers, LED and LG7 lighting, ventilation, VRF heating and cooling all of which will greatly reduce the current running costs for the building. This combined with updating the existing toilets and locker rooms together with comprehensive external works will further enhanced the update of this building.
The contract will complete in 28 weeks
