This project comprises of the complete refurbishment of a three storey office block which was built in the 1980’s. Works included the complete strip out of all of the internal finishes, ceilings, carpets, partitioning, electrical installation, air conditioning, ventilation, toilets and garden areas.
Each of the three floor plate’s will have the new services installed to ensure maximum flexibility for future, this will enable the building to be sublet into six zones should it be required.
The new mechanical and electrical installation will all be to the most up to date standards and will including new under floor electrical busbar trunking, floor boxes, LG7 lighting, ventilation, VRF heating and cooling all of which will greatly reduce the current electrical running costs for the building. This combined with the new, fully fitted toilets and comprehensive landscape design, further enhanced this building.
The contract was completed in just 12 weeks.
