BlueBird Stevenage is a high-quality industrial and commercial development comprising extensive earthworks, infrastructure, and building construction works.

The project includes a significant cut-and-fill earthworks operation, followed by the construction of a 2,793 sq m steel-framed warehouse with metal cladding, together with 630 sq m of high-specification Category A office accommodation.

The development incorporates a range of modern and sustainable features, including photovoltaic (PV) panels, electric vehicle charging (EVC) infrastructure, a platform lift, cycle storage facilities, and three structural overhead loading bay doors. Comprehensive utility services installations will also be undertaken as part of the works.

In addition, the scheme includes associated external works and Section 278 highway improvements, delivering a fully serviced and accessible commercial facility designed to meet the needs of modern occupiers.
