The Ingles Lane Development comprises 11 executive-style homes, each typically with three or four bedrooms and a double garage. The development itself is particularly sympathetic to the surrounding areas, using a variety of locally sourced materials. A variety of designs combined with numerous features to create individuality and provide a generous feeling of space.

Parkway was responsible for not only the construction of the buildings but the entire groundwork process, including foundations and drainage. We approached this project as a single-phase contract and by week 20 had plots at all stages of construction, some complete and fitted out to show-home standard, whilst others were just coming out of the ground.

Adopting a concurrent approach across the individual properties rather than a systematic approach enabled client to market the properties more effectively.
